Report 1: Enhancing the Grocery Delivery Experience

Our first report focuses on improving the overall grocery delivery experience. We conducted extensive user research, including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping, to understand the diverse needs and pain points of grocery delivery users. Our findings revealed a strong demand for accurate delivery windows, better product availability, and a more intuitive substitution process. We proposed several design enhancements to address these issues, resulting in a more reliable and user-friendly grocery delivery service.

Report 2: Unifying Communications with MyComms

In our second report, we explored the user experience of integrating multiple messaging platforms into a single app. Through extensive user research, including surveys, user interviews, and user personas, we identified the challenges users face in managing conversations across various messaging services. Our research emphasized the need for seamless message synchronization, intuitive organization, and robust privacy controls. The insights gained guided the development of a cross-messaging app prototype that consolidates all messages in one place, offering users a cohesive and efficient communication experience that simplifies their digital interactions.
